Add support for JPEG XL images

Feature Description

Please add support for JPEG XL for wallpapers, screenshots, and clipboard recognition. JPEG XL is a relatively new image format that is seeing heavy adoption as a successor to a variety of different image formats used for different use-cases, including legacy JPEG and HEIC.

Use Case

Fedora Linux has been using JPEG XL for its wallpapers for a few releases now, and it's becoming increasingly common for cameras to create images as JPEG XL because you can store colorspace data in them for more accurate presentation of the images.

Note that Qt will recognize JPEG XL files with kf6-kimageformats installed, as that provides the JXL plugin.
