Description

The command dms ipc dash open weather opens the "Wallpapers" tab instead of the weather tab. I would like the ability to open the wallpapers tab, but I think it should have it's own IPC command!

Expected Behavior

dms ipc dash open weather should open the "Weather" tab. Additionally, I'd expect there to be a dms ipc dash open wallpapers command that opens the wallpapers tab.

Steps to Reproduce & Installation Method

1. Run dms ipc dash open weather
2. The "Wallpapers" tab opens
