Update requirements, scriptsavant, and get_scripts to allow them to run

I wanted to run the repo and made some changes so it would work for me.

get_scripts needed to be in the name == "main" pattern for multiprocessing to work for me.

I had to use a different version of beautifulSoup and add numpy to be able to run everything.

scriptsavant has a different way they store scripts so I had to update it.

I updated get_metadata to use a new library to have imdb work and to not delete found files

I was able to run everything after these changes

urllib.error.HTTPError: HTTP Error 401: Unauthorized

I get an error. how can I solve this?
