1.0.2 change not in the zip package

It does not appear that he "last column" fix propagated to the 1.0.2 zip file.

It is in the .zip package, just not in both of the files as one would expect, because the second one wasn't modified.

I won't pretend to understand the update mechanism, but when the Arduino IDE offered the new TVout library update, on 11/17, the #140 update was not installed with it.

It was but there are two files with the same name, one was not updated with the PR. I'll probably get to it at some point, though.
