• Fixes the wp-admin interface between state change by hiding unnecessary sidebar items

• This is part of the Groundskeeping rotation

Testing Instructions

• Open an Atomic site with the "Default style" enabled (you can change it at https://wordpress.com/settings/general/{site})
• Set your Network throttle to 4G, so it's easy to ensure it's working
