Store: Remove extra SectionNav logic from products page #21765

Now that product category management has launched (#21743), we can remove a config check on the products listing page that changes the search/nav bar. Now we always want to show the Products and Categories links.

To Test:

  • Go to http://calypso.localhost:3000/store/products/:site and make sure you see links for Products, Categories and the search option.
