Since reskin was rolled out globally for the main signup flow (/start) and the launch flow (/start/launch-site), we should now continue to roll out this variant to other signup flows as well (/start/{CUSTOM_FLOW}).

Finally, once the blue signup isn't used anymore, we should do some clean-up and use reskin components, styling, and the white login by default in the signup flow.
