Quick summary

When attempting to edit an image uploaded via a block in the post editor (default view, not classic), the Edit button doesn’t work. However, editing works as expected in the classic view or directly from the Media screen.

Steps to reproduce

1.	Create a new post.
2.	Add an Image block in the editor.
3.	Ensure the default view is enabled (not classic).
4.	Upload an image through the Media screen via the block.
5.	Click the Edit button for the uploaded image in the Media popup.

What you expected to happen

Media items should be editable directly from the Media popup in the block editor.

What actually happened

The Edit button does not function and it shows errors on the browser console.
