Remove "Closing the loop" message during onboarding

2. pick a free plan
3. Wait for the website to be generated

What you expected to happen

To see the "Closing the Loop" as the very last message before it completes.

What actually happened

The other messages kept on appearing. (only in the context of a new website broken flow)
