In https://github.com/Automattic/en.support-docs-content/issues/2930, we have split up the privacy settings doc which means the links to this doc in the UI need updating.

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to Settings → General (or Hosting → Site Settings if using WP-Admin).
2. Locate the Privacy section.
3. Click the i icon next to 'Privacy' and note the Learn More link.
4. Note a second Learn more link next to the "Prevent third-party sharing" checkbox.
   

What you expected to happen

The first link goes to https://wordpress.com/support/settings/privacy-settings/
Please update it to https://wordpress.com/support/privacy-settings/

The second link goes to https://wordpress.com/support/privacy-settings/#public
Please update it to https://wordpress.com/support/privacy-settings/make-your-website-public/#prevent-third-party-sharing

Note the docs should open in the Help Center modal (link 1 already does, link 2 does not currently).

What actually happened

Links are outdated:

1. https://wordpress.com/support/settings/privacy-settings/ already redirects to https://wordpress.com/support/privacy-settings/. It would be nicer to use the non-redirected URL.
2. We've left the content at https://wordpress.com/support/privacy-settings/#public until the Calypso link is updated, then we'll remove it from the original doc.
