Enhancement: Change Stylebook icon from "eye" icon to connote Style rather than Visibility #95216

Description

What

Change "Eye" icon to something more closely associated with styles, as it currently looks more like a privacy/visibility feature.

Image

Why

While watching a user work with our system, we noticed they didn't understand the "eye" icon for the stylebook, passing it up several times over the conversation. We realized this is likely because they thought it had something to do with visibility, since that's typically where an eye icon is used in current conventions.

How

This would be a core fix, and there's some discussion related to it here:
WordPress/gutenberg#65619
