Quick summary
My primary site is set to Ectoplasm.
Creating a new site, the new site has the color scheme Midnight (not sure why).
Switching to Classic Simple, the color scheme remains to be Midnight.
Then I transferred the site to Atomic, by upgrading via Settings > Permalinks and activating the transfer via the Hosting Features tab on the Hosting Management Panel. The site is now Atomic Classic, but the color scheme changed from Midnight to Ectoplasm.
Note that at no point I updated the color scheme.
Steps to reproduce
See above.
What you expected to happen
For the Atomic Classic site to have the color scheme Midnight.
What actually happened
The Atomic Classic site had the color scheme Ectoplasm.
