Description
When a PaymentIntent fails, it returns to Checkout with the error message Sorry, we couldn't process your payment. Please try again later.
As we begin implementing redirect payment types (see pfOicC-6O-p2 for context), it would be nice to have a more specific error message if failure resulted from an authorization failure.
For example, maybe a message like It seems the payment was not authorized by your {bank/app/etc}. Please try again.
