Quick summary
I noticed some alignment and spacing problems at mobile widths in checkout:
The first one (for "Have a coupon?") is obviously bad.
The second one (lack of space between "Total" and the line underneath) is not too bad, and looks like it was just introduced by #88493. Note that when taxes haven't been calculated yet the spacing is OK:

Put an item in your shopping cart and view the screen at mobile widths.
What you expected to happen
Good alignment and spacing of all elements on the page.
