Theme thumbnails are not loading on Safari. We still haven't reproduced it.

- an internal report and also not reproduced in p1704178692942389-slack-C048CUFRGFQ
- Ian has mentioned that Pablo (designer) also faced this issue. See pekYwv-3FL-p2#comment-2879
This might be related in some way to this other report of theme thumbs loading very slowly in p1695220692150659-slack-C048CUFRGFQ

To support users on Safari.
How
- Reproduce it and debug it
- Otherwise, guess what can be happening:
- Server or front end issue?
- First load after clearing cache and local data?
- First load after log-in?
- Slow network?
- Cookies?
- Any special Safari settings?
