Feature Request: make accepting permissions when connecting to Google Photos clearer prior to clicking "connect" #84292

Open

Description

What

On a recent user testing session we observed a user who attempted to connect their Google Photos account to the Media Library.

They clicked through and saw the Google permissions dialog. However they didn't tick one of the boxes and then when they were returned to the Media Library they found their photos were not imported because the connection had failed.

Luckily they were savvy enough to realise that should disconnect and try again, at which point they noticed the correct permissions box and were able to complete the connection.

Related to #52220.

Why

It's important that the process of connecitng a Google Photos account is seamless. Having to redo steps is tedious and causes frurstration.

How

I would suggest we create a graphic that is displayed prior to being taken to the Google connection screen. The gif should clearly show which boxes must be ticked in order to have a successful connection.
