Feature Request: More information when "Contact Support" is displayed but not clickable #84246

What

When the plan can't be upgraded or downgraded "Contact Support" is displayed as a greyed out button but not clickable

Why

In a situation where contacting support is required to help upgrade or downgrade what appears to be a button to contact support doesn't work. This leaves the user confused and requiring to find other ways to contact support like going through the ? button in the top right.
Maybe it would be possible that contact support would be a clickable button or be more descriptive about what the reason is or where to go to contact support.
