Steps to reproduce
- Open the site editor on Free site
- Make some style changes and save them
- Open the post editor
- Observe the limited Global Styles notice
- In the Options menu, enable the distraction free mode
What I expected
The limited Global Styles notice to go away
What happened instead
The limited Global Styles notice is still visible
