Quick summary

When a Crowdsignal form submission, originally written in Chinese is in the Spam, after removing it from Spam will turn the Chinese into unreadable characters. Into unicode like this: u7814u7a76u767au8868uff08u611bu8b77u30fbu9069u6b63u98fcu990au30fbu793eu4f1au30fbu6559u80b2uff09

Steps to reproduce

  1. Set up a CS form added and make a submission in Chinese
  2. Move it Spam if it's not already there
  3. Mark it as non-spam and check the results

To see the text as we did before

The text showed warped
