What

Customers commonly want to change the hover behavior for links in a Navigation block: particularly the color and text decoration of the link items.

At present, it is possible to change the hover color of standard links in Global Styles, but this behavior does not extend to links in the Navigation Block.

It is not currently possible to change the text decoration (underline) behavior of either standard links or Navigation Block links. Many customers would benefit from being able to set the text decoration behavior of both standard links and Navigation Block links. Some customers want links to be underlined and have the underline removed on hover, while others want links to not be underline and have an underline appear on hover.

Why

This is a commonly requested feature, and at present these features are only possible to provide with CSS code.

How

I suggest that Navigation Block hover color behavior should use the link hover color behavior, but it could be beneficial to allow setting a different behavior.

I suggest adding a section within the Navigation Block settings in Global Styles where text decoration hover behavior can be customized.
