It is impossible to embed a SoundCloud URL into a post or a page on simple and AT sites.

Gutenberg reports:

Sorry, this content could not be embedded.

A workaround from this issue (publish even with the above error) doesn't apply: #32856

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a post or a page
2. Try to embed any SoundCloud URL
   2.1. Paste the link into the Paragraph block
   2.2. Use the SoundCloud block
3. The same error appears, and the embedding doesn't work

What you expected to happen

The link should be embedded when pasting it into the Paragraph block.

The SoundCloud block should embed the URL.

What actually happened

In both ways of embedding the SoundCloud URL, the same error appears in the block:

Sorry, this content could not be embedded.

JS console is clear of errors, and the XHR requests show no activity.

The SoundCloud URL is not embedded in the following:

• Gutenberg
• Draft post or page (+ preview)
• Published post or a page
