Create a setting that lets you select which hyperlink option images should have when added to the content, such as: None, Media File, and Attachment Page.

Why

By default images are added without being hyperlinked, it would be helpful to have a setting that changes this behavior, so the user could choose how images would be hyperlinked when added to posts and pages.
