Feature Request: Add a menu item on Calypso/Dashboard to access all FSE templates

What

The user on 36855014-hc wanted to have a direct option to reach their FSE templates from Calypso/main dashboard:

Why

They said that is a "macro" setting and should be a direct way to access their templates from their dashboard. As of now, we need to use the hidden "Browse all templates" button to access all templates:

How

They wanted a direct link to their FSE templates to appear on their Calypso dashboard. Something like this:
