Description
Quick summary
When a Carousel Block (Coblock) is added to a Layout Grid block, it breaks the column border and causes flickering in the editor as shown here:
Screen.Capture.on.2022-04-14.at.15-32-49.mp4
Steps to reproduce
- On an Atomic site with Coblocks installed, add a new page
- Add the Layout Grid block
- Choose any number of columns. I've tested 1 - 3 and the flickering behavior is the same
- Insert the Carousel block into one of the Layout Grid columns
- Notice how the Carousel goes beyond the width of the grid column and starts a flickering movement
What you expected to happen
I'd expect the Carousel block to be inserted within the column constraints of the grid and not cause flickering onscreen
What actually happened
The flickering behavior was reproducible on my test site:

Context
Initially reported here - 35161852-hc
Follow-up ticket here - 4948682-zd-woothemes
The only thing I found to stop the flickering was to set the Slider settings to either M or S instead of XL.
That didn't fix the border breaking part of this issue though.

Workaround details
The workaround is to use the Column Block.
Not desirable since the user wants the responsiveness offered by the Layout Block.
