Feedback from Jacopo during "Back to Basics" testing of Seller Experience onboarding (paYJgx-1Wj-p2):

Given I’m currently on Free, why “More Power”‘s CTA is “Upgrade” while “Start simple”, which still requires a paid plan, is a simple “Continue”?

The wording of these buttons is potentially confusing for a user navigating through after having selected a free plan, since both Payment Blocks and Woo require an upgraded plan to use.

The A8C reason for this distinction is that the user actually can still continue here and use the editor without upgrading, but the Payment Block won't actually do anything until they have upgraded. However, this distinction is probably not obvious to normal users. How can we clarify this experience?
