Explore ways to add payment blocks guidance to the Help popover in the editor:
- For users that created their sites with "sell"/"start simple" intent.
- When a payment block is selected.
The Help popover should contain items related to payments blocks, or at least one item related to the Payment Button block (formerly known as Payments).
