FSE beta: wrong theme link leading to wp-admin

The following link is leading to wp-admin Site Editor instead of the Calypso integration. We should fix that and point it to wordpress.com/site-editor/...

At least for the "Edit" link at the top of the Themes showcase with the active theme, what might be happening is that there's some logic in https://github.com/Automattic/wp-calypso/blob/ed605c861a0363155c28d4738a6333e720401ba2/client/state/selectors/get-preferred-editor-view.js that looks for wp-admin/edit.php in the posts menu item.

This would happen after you used the "Classic view" of the posts list in wp-admin, and I think it remembers that setting

Then the shouldLoadGutenframe check will fail (https://github.com/Automattic/wp-calypso/blob/ed605c861a0363155c28d4738a6333e720401ba2/client/state/selectors/should-load-gutenframe.js), and causes the getSiteEditorUrl selector to return the wp-admin version (https://github.com/Automattic/wp-calypso/blob/ed605c861a0363155c28d4738a6333e720401ba2/client/state/selectors/get-site-editor-url.js).

I'm not sure about the Editor link in the sidebar menu... I wasn't seeing the same behavior for that and haven't been able to replicate, yet.

Im moving this to the on hold column, as it does seem like we will be getting rid of the calypso iframe soonish (resolving the problem) and we havent been getting any reports of this being an issue for users.
