Quick summary
Link control modal is partially hidden by List View if the browser window is narrow.
Steps to reproduce
- Open a page or post that has a hyperlink located towards the left side
- Click on the link to display the Link control modal
- Click on ListView to view it on the left side
- Now start reducing the width of the browser window
What you expected to happen
When the window gets narrow enough, the Link control modal should be pushed to the right and not be covered by List View. Exactly like the Block toolbar does for any block. It's never covered by List View.

When the window gets narrow enough, the Link control modal starts disappearing behind List View
