What
Allow specifying where step views should be positioned near their reference element. tour-kit package.
Why
Currently, Popper determines where to place the tour container and the arrow indicator (separately) near reference elements, depending on available space. It would be great to allow custom modifiers per step to force or prioritize positioning to happen on a certain side (top/right/bottom/left).
