Add embed support for YouTube Shorts
Why
This is a new format that YouTube seems to be offering. As noted here it's still in beta and I do not see an oembed or iframe option available at this time: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/10059070
Opening this now as a placeholder so we can explore how support can be added (I note they already support Tumblr out of the gate for example)

Workaround
Make the Shorts video url into a regular video url, by replacing shorts/ with watch?v=, for example:
- Shorts url: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/n4S7HH5zj-o
- Regulary video url: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n4S7HH5zj-o
