My Home: Trail Marker to SEO support page in Stats page

Add SEO resources on the My Home page.

Why

SEO questions are very common, it feels that users would benefit to have resources about that on the My Home page, maybe on that card below the stats.

Just reviewing this - I wonder if My Home is the best place for this? Or if maybe it could be a Trail Marker in the Stats page itself? Similar to the suggestion in #56355 ?

@jordesign, I think it makes sense to add as a Trail Marker in the Stats page, yes. 🙂
