What
It seems that some users are confused that plans are site-specific. They attach to one site instead of a whole account.
Why
This would alleviate a lot of confusion and frustration. It seems that users think that the account has whatever plan they purchased and that they can start as many sites as they want under that plan. This user got frustrated with this today: 30161032-hc
How
For instance, the Pricing Page could show something more like per month, per site, billed yearly.
