Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to https://WordPress.com/themes/
2. Click on 'Show all themes' to bring up the search and filtering.
3. Start typing a search term and confirm that the themes shown are changed to match the search term
4. Click one of the filters at the top right (All | Free | Premium)

What I expected to happen

I expect that clicking the filter will retain my results (from search term) and filter them further.

What actually happened

Clicking the filter seemed to reset the search results and ignore the search term until I edited the search terms again.
