Switching to a block-based theme doesn't offer an option to keep the home page created by Storefront #53073

Description

Reported in pca54o-1mt-p2#comment-1842.

Maybe related to #52987?

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Set up a Business site with any theme (I used Blank Canvas).
  2. Go to Plugins and install WooCommerce.
  3. Once installed, the WooCommerce onboarding will appear.
  4. In the steps 1-4, enter some random data. In step 5, select Storefront as the theme.
  5. In WooCommerce > Home (you should have been redirected there), you will see a card to 'Design your store'. Click on Let's go:

  1. You will be redirected to a page where you can choose to apply a template to the homepage and/or add example products. Leave both options checked and click on Let's go.

  1. You will be redirected to the customizer. No need to make any changes, just press Save and go back to the admin.
  2. At this point, if you visit your site, you will see a Homepage which lists several products.
  3. Go to Apperance > Themes.
  4. Activate a block-based theme (ie: Spearhead).

  1. In the popup that appears, select Edit homepage.

  1. You will be brought to a screen to choose a home page template. But there is no option to keep the current one generated by Storefront.

What I expected to happen

I would expect to have an option to keep the current homepage.

What actually happened

All options would override the homepage that was created by Storefront.
