What
A customer is asking for the option to receive their receipts as PDFs.
Why
They work for a company which has multiple sites under the same account. They need PDFs for their billing system. The receipts they get come as the body of an email, which causes them to have to log into WordPress.com, find the receipt, and print it as a PDF manually each time.
