Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Using a mobile device, start editing a post or a page.

2. Add an Image block. Click on Select Image > Pexels Free Photos option.
   

3. Type a search term and hit Search button.

4. Select an image and note the "Select" button at the bottom is obscured by the help Question mark.
