Desktop App: adjusting size of app window causes navigation layout issues

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to calypso from desktop app.
2. Reduce size of app window
3. See page content overlapping left side navigation tabs

What I expected to happen

Expected all content to reduce evenly

What actually happened

App window is not navigable at reduced size

Big sur 11.2.1, Desktop App beta 6.10

Does this happen on simple or atomic sites or both?

Simple site

Is there any console output or error text?

Level of impact (Does it block purchases? Does it affect more than just one site?)

Can't navigate dashboard
