Steps to reproduce

1. Starting at URL: WordPress.com > My Sites > Site > Media on an Atomic Site
2. Upload this .mp3 file to it - https://weteachlang.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/Ep-103-Mandy-and-Amy-Intros-Culture-8.mp3 (alternate download, hosted on my test site - https://justanothertest.blog/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/Ep-103-Mandy-and-Amy-Intros-Culture-8.mp3)
3. You will see a file could not be uploaded because an error occurred while uploading error:

4. Reload the Media Library (WordPress.com > My Sites > Site > Media) and see that it now 'flashes' instead of loading:

5. Head to the site's WP-Admin Dashboard's Media Library. You will see the .mp3 file uploaded:

And it will play correctly as well.

Other Information

Possibly related to Automattic/jetpack#7159 and #16099?

I ran the .mp3 file through mpck and don't see any errors:

What I expected

That I be able to upload .mp3 files to Calypso's Media Library without causing any errors.

What happened instead

When I upload this .mp3 file, I see an error, and then the whole Media Library stops loading.
