Jetpack Services: Checkout page and non-owned site slugs

Right now, when you try to go to wordpress.com/checkout/:site_slug: with a slug for a site that is not in your sites list (or plainly doesn't exist), you get the site selector (as expected), but once you select one our your sites, you get redirected to that site /plans page, instead of returning to the checkout page with a corrected slug.

This breaks some of the flows we use in Jetpack. We need to make sure that once the user selects a site, they are shown the checkout page as they were expecting.
