The readme needed a lot of attention since we now have a blog-wide user since #342!

Otherwise, I have consolidated naming things as Blog profile and Author profile for user-facing documentation. We call them Blog_User and User in code but this seems to be better user-facing language.

I've also made some edits to make things more idiosyncratically English, such as removing hyphens and capitalizations that are typical auf Deutsch.

Most look good. Only one I question is the last one, where it says "Try to follow "mattwiebe@wp.test..." . Not sure what is meant by "try to follow" .... like, "go ahead and try...good luck making that work!" LOL.
