In https://github.com/Automattic/woopay/issues/2781 we're adding theming support. The merchant settings preview currently shows the un-themed checkout.
Acceptance criteria
- If a site has theming enabled, show a themed preview
- If a site has theming disabled, show the un-themed preview
- Add a toggle that allows a merchant to disable/enable theming. The preview is updated appropriately as the merchant toggles the setting on/off.
