Update --output option to output more types of data

The functionality of --output option has remained almost unchanged since the early days of vip-go-ci. This patch updates the functionality so that more data is outputted when the option is used: All results are now outputted -- PHP linting, PHPCS, WPScan, etc -- rather than only PHPCS, as originally.

TODO:

• Added patch for --output
• Add tests -- unit and/or integrated (if needed)
  • Ensure only one function is tested per test file.
• [N/A] Add to, or update, Scan run detail report as applicable
• Check status of automated tests
• Ensure PHPDoc comments are up to date for functions added or altered
