Update PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE: Mention checking and updating all test types

The PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE file includes a check-box for checking the results of unit-tests. However, vip-go-ci now has both unit tests and integration tests, and status of both should be checked. This pull request changes the file to reflect this.

  • Check status of all automated tests.
  • Update any test, unit or integrated.
