Quick summary
On the Twenty Sixteen theme, the Quote block is not wrapping the text around the image.
Steps to reproduce
- Activate Twenty Sixteen theme
- Add an image and a quote block to a page/post
- Try to wrap the text around the image
What you expected to happen
The text should wrap around the image like it does with the paragraph block and the quote block on other themes.
What actually happened
The text does not wrap. The image and the text are side by side.

I was able to replicate this on both simple and atomic sites.
Other themes I tested that showed no issues:
Hever and Toujours - classic themes
Zoologist and Lativ - FSE themes
