Steps to replicate

• Add the Contact Teacher block to a course or lesson.
• As a student, send a message to the teacher.
• As the teacher, send a reply to the student.
• As the student, go to yourdomain.com/messages/.
• Click on the individual message.
• The single Message page looks pretty broken, with duplicated comments being displayed.
