Quick summary

In Blask theme, the "Older Projects" button disappears unexpectedly after the first click even though there are more projects in that category.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add the theme Blask on a simple site.
2. Use BRC to headstart the site.
3. Create a category in Portfolio > Project Types.
4. Assign that category to 3 or more porjects.
5. Go to Settings > Writing and change "Blog posts" display to 1 per page.
6. Check a project category page such as SITE.wordpress.com/project-type/category-name/
7. You will notice that the button "Older Projects" disappears after the first click.

Even though there are more projects in the category, they cannot be loaded.

I was not able to reproduce the exact bug with Blask theme on Atomic sites.

"Older Projects" should not disappear if there are more projects in the category.

"Older Projects" disappeared.
