Steps to replicate
- Activate the Morden theme
- Be sure that the site is in Coming Soon mode on an AT site
- Head over to "My Site" > Appearance > Customize > Colors & Backgrounds
Result
When selecting colors nothing happens

To be able to change colors while in Coming Soon mode
