after i set ctx.transform(0, 0, 0, 0.3, 0, 800), i cannot set transform or resetTransform.
the ctx.getTransform().toString() will always be matrix(1,0,0,1,0,0).

i guess it occurs when transform matrix.a === 0

the same code i run in browser canvas is correct
