Refactored URL manipulation in pushQueryString() and restorePreviousHref() to avoid patterns that Safari's advanced tracking and fingerprinting protection flags as suspicious. Instead of creating a URL object and modifying its href property (which Safari interprets as potential tracking behavior), we now build the final URL string directly from its component parts. This fixes the issue where Safari users with advanced privacy settings enabled would experience: - Form submission hooks not working - Search input change handlers not triggering - URL updates not being applied via JavaScript Fixes: Instant search functionality on Safari with privacy protection enabled

Ensure that hash fragments are preserved when updating URLs in pushQueryString(), matching the behavior of restorePreviousHref(). This prevents loss of hash-based navigation state during search query updates.
