Random logo placement doesn't communicate jp user is connected to wpcom

Issue: While going through testing a current beta I discovered a jetpack logo sitting in a seemingly random location. I sort of suspected it meant the jetpack user was connected, but was unsure.

After some digging and help from @jeherve & @dereksmart I tracked down some info:
#3433 && #2601

I believe this is unclear to a user looking at the user table as to what this might mean. A jetpack logo in a seemingly random spot just looks like a wordpress / jetpack hiccup and is pretty confusing. We shouldn't be relying on a tooltip to full explain things better.

Let's take some time to design a more effective way to communicate to users, what users are connected.

Also: mobile needs some immediate attention as well.

It would be neat if we could get non-connected users to engage from this table—perhaps displaying a 'connected' badge for connected users and an 'invite to connect' button for disconnected users. It could pair with the WordPress.com invitation system possibly (when that supports Jetpack invites).

Agreed. Here is what I had suggested in the original PR:

Would it be worth adding an emblem for the current user as well, but keep it grayed out if you're not connected to WordPress.com, with the same link to "My Jetpack"? It might be a good incentive for folks to link their own account as well.

We can do a quick fix for it, but more realistically, we need to probably take a good look at the design of this. If we have no idea what it means, we probably shouldn't expect anyone else to know what it means.

Aside from the mobile version this should be 4.3.1 or 4.4
